(WEEK-30) A Small Glass of Sharbat, A Big Message of Kindness

Image
A Small Glass of Sharbat, A Big Message  of Kindness On the evening of 14 June 2026 , we organized a Sharbat Bhandara at Gurudwara Road, Gol Chauraha, Rajajipuram, Lucknow . As the day slowly gave way to evening, our hearts were filled with one simple intention—to serve people with love, kindness, and humanity. The response was overwhelming and truly heartwarming. More than 1,000 people from different walks of life stopped by and enjoyed refreshing glasses of Rooh Afza Sharbat . Children returning from play, workers coming home after a long day, shopkeepers, elderly citizens, and passersby—all shared this beautiful moment of togetherness. The summer heat can be exhausting, and a simple glass of chilled sharbat brought relief and smiles to countless faces. Watching people pause, refresh themselves, and leave with happiness in their eyes reminded us that service is not measured by the size of the act but by the sincerity behind it. This Sharbat Bhandara was much more than di...

(WEEK-29) World No Tobacco Day - Choose Health. Choose Life.

Image
Choose Health. Choose Life. On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day , let us come together and raise awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco and the importance of living a healthier, tobacco-free life. Tobacco addiction not only affects the person consuming it but also harms families and communities. Every year, millions of people suffer from serious diseases such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, and respiratory illnesses caused by tobacco use. Even passive smoking puts children, women, and the elderly at risk. The elderly often remind us that health is life's greatest wealth. As we spend time with senior citizens, we realize that a healthy life and meaningful relationships matter far more than temporary habits and addictions. Choosing to stay away from tobacco is not merely a personal decision—it is a commitment to protecting our loved ones and creating a healthier society for future generations. World No Tobacco Day is an opportunity to encourage ourselves and other...

(WEEK-28) A Day That Touched Our Hearts

Image
A Day That Touched Our Hearts There are some places we visit and forget, and then there are some places that stay with us forever. Our visit to an old age home on 17 MAY 2026 , located before Para Crossing, Rajajipuram, Lucknow , was one such experience. The home is shelter to 22 elderly residents , each carrying a lifetime of memories, struggles, sacrifices, and untold stories. As we entered, we were welcomed not by grand words but by warm smiles, gentle blessings, and eyes that had seen many seasons of life. We spent time talking to them, listening to their experiences, and sharing moments of laughter and affection. Some spoke about their children, some recalled their younger days, and some simply wanted someone to sit beside them and listen. In those conversations, we realized that the elderly often do not seek expensive gifts—they seek love, care, respect, and the comforting feeling that they are not forgotten. As a small gesture of support and affection, we distributed h...

(WEEK-27) ๐ŸŒ Earth is Not Asking for Help… It’s Warning Us

Image
๐ŸŒ Earth is Speaking… Are We Even Listening? Every year on 22nd April , we celebrate Earth Day. We post pictures, share messages, and talk about saving the planet. But the real question is—do we actually understand what the Earth is trying to tell us? Look around carefully. The scorching heat that feels unbearable, the air that no longer feels fresh, the water that is slowly becoming scarce—these are not just changes, they are warnings. Warnings that we can no longer afford to ignore. The Earth is not suddenly changing. It is reacting. Reacting to years of neglect, overuse, and careless behavior. Forests are being cut faster than they can grow. Rivers are getting polluted faster than they can heal. And the saddest part? Most of us see it happening… and still do nothing. We often believe that one person cannot make a difference. But that’s where we are wrong. Every piece of plastic you refuse matters. Every drop of water you save matters. Every tree you protect matters. Every voic...

Image
When Flames Took Everything: A Ground Report from Vikas Nagar, Lucknow On 15th April 2026, a massive fire broke out in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow—leaving behind destruction that words can barely capture. Within hours, homes turned into ashes, memories vanished, and entire families were left with nothing but the clothes they were wearing. For many, it wasn’t just about losing shelter. Some children suffered burns, and the cries of families echoed through what was once their home. In a single night, everything they had built over years was gone. We reached the affected area. What we saw was heartbreaking—burnt houses, scattered remains, and people still in shock. Yet, amid the devastation, there was also resilience. People were trying to stand again, even when everything had fallen apart. In this difficult time, Ardhnarishwar Jankalyan Foundation , along with Paw Prints Foundation , stepped forward to support the victims. Our aim was not just to provide aid, but to listen—to under...

(WEEK-25) Spreading Kindness: Food Distribution Initiative in Lucknow

Image
Spreading Kindness: Food Distribution Initiative in Lucknow With the aim of helping those in need and spreading kindness, a small food distribution initiative was carried out in Lucknow. Basic food items were distributed among people who struggle to get proper meals on a daily basis. The distributed items included simple yet fulfilling eatables such as Sweet Buns, Biscuits, Boondi, Cucumber, and Bananas. These items were chosen to ensure that they are easy to consume and provide immediate relief from hunger. This initiative was not just about providing food, but also about sharing care and humanity with those who are often overlooked. Even a small effort can bring a smile to someone’s face and make a meaningful difference in their day. Such acts remind us that kindness does not always require big resources—sometimes, even the simplest gestures can have a powerful impact. Let us continue to support and uplift each other, and work towards building a more compassionate and caring s...

One of the most encouraging aspects of this initiative was the strong support from the local community. Residents ...
