A Small Step Towards Compassion: Providing Water for Voiceless Lives
Place - Rajaji Puram, Lucknow
Driven by compassion and a sense of responsibility, our organization Ardhnarishwar JanKalyan Foundation collaborated with Water for Voiceless NGO to carry out a meaningful initiative in Rajajipuram, Lucknow on the occasion of World Water Day. Pawprints Foundation also actively supported this effort.
Under this initiative, Water for Voiceless NGO provided water bowls, and with the support of Pawprints Foundation, these bowls were placed at various locations across the area.
Large water bowls were kept outside homes so that stray animals like dogs, cows, and other animals could easily access drinking water. At the same time, smaller bowls were placed on rooftops to ensure that birds also get water, especially during the hot weather.
One of the most encouraging aspects of this initiative was the strong support from the local community. Residents not only welcomed the effort but also took responsibility for regularly refilling the bowls. Their kindness and awareness towards animals were truly inspiring.
This initiative shows that even small actions can create a big impact. Providing water to voiceless beings is a simple yet powerful act that can save lives.
Let us all continue to support such initiatives and work together towards building a compassionate society where every life is valued and cared for.
