  A Day That Touched Our Hearts There are some places we visit and forget, and then there are some places that stay with us forever. Our visit to an old age home on 17 MAY 2026 , located before Para Crossing, Rajajipuram, Lucknow , was one such experience. The home is shelter to 22 elderly residents , each carrying a lifetime of memories, struggles, sacrifices, and untold stories. As we entered, we were welcomed not by grand words but by warm smiles, gentle blessings, and eyes that had seen many seasons of life. We spent time talking to them, listening to their experiences, and sharing moments of laughter and affection. Some spoke about their children, some recalled their younger days, and some simply wanted someone to sit beside them and listen. In those conversations, we realized that the elderly often do not seek expensive gifts—they seek love, care, respect, and the comforting feeling that they are not forgotten.
