Objective:
To promote menstrual hygiene and empower women with essential health knowledge, Ardhnarishwar Jankalyan Foundation organized a sanitary napkin distribution drive along with an awareness session on menstrual and personal hygiene.

Event Details:
The event was attended by women and young girls from the local community. The foundation distributed free sanitary napkin kits to all participants to support their health and well-being during menstruation.

Awareness Session Highlights:
The session was conducted by "Dr. Shivangi Saxena", a founder of NGO. She emphasized the importance of maintaining proper menstrual hygiene to prevent infections, discomfort, and long-term health issues. Some key points shared by founder and the team included:

- Changing sanitary pads every 4-6 hours.
- Washing hands before and after changing pads.
- Proper disposal of used sanitary products.
- Importance of clean undergarments and personal hygiene during menstruation.
- Tackling menstrual taboos and promoting open conversations about periods.

Dr. Aprajita, also encouraged women to seek medical help if they experience irregular periods, excessive pain, or other symptoms, promoting early detection and treatment of health issues.
