Empowering Women, One Pad at a Time!

Ardhnarishwar Jankalyan Foundation recently organized a "Sanitary Napkin Distribution Drive." along with an "Awareness Session on Menstrual Hygiene" for women and young girls in "Sector 6, Behind Mini Stadium, Rajaji Puram, Lucknow".

We discussed:

- The importance of menstrual hygiene  
- Safe practices to prevent infections  
- Breaking the stigma around periods  
- Encouragement to seek medical help when needed

Sanitary kits were distributed to all attendees, and the response was heartwarming! Many women shared how this was their first session on menstrual health — a much-needed step toward change.

Because every woman deserves dignity, health, and support.
