1. Introduction

On the auspicious occasion of Bada Mangal, organized a Sundarkand Path followed by a community lunch (Bhandara) to honor and celebrate the divine blessings of Lord Hanuman. The event aimed to promote devotion, community harmony, and the spirit of service.

2. Objectives of the Event

-To observe the sacred Bada Mangal with religious fervor and community participation.
-To promote traditional values through the recitation of Sundarkand.
-To serve wholesome food to the public as a gesture of love and inclusivity.
-To bring together people from all walks of life in celebration and service.

3. Event Overview

Religious Ceremony:

A soulful Sundarkand Path was recited in the afternoon, attended by a large number of devotees. The atmosphere was filled with devotion, chanting, and positive energy.

Start Time: 12 PM
Duration: 2 1/2 hrs

Community Lunch (Bhandara):

Post the Path, a free community lunch was served to all attendees.

Menu Included: Poori, Aloo Sabji, Boondi 
Total Beneficiaries: Over 1500 people were served
Time: From 3 PM to 6 PM

4. Volunteer Participation

Number of Volunteers: 10
-Volunteers were involved in food preparation, distribution, crowd management, water supply, and cleanliness.
-Special attention was given to hygiene, hospitality, and orderly conduct of the event.

5. Community Response

-The event witnessed overwhelming participation and appreciation from local residents, shopkeepers, daily wage workers, devotees, and passersby.
-Devotees expressed deep gratitude for the spiritual and social nourishment provided.
-Many individuals came forward to donate or assist in kind, reflecting a strong community bond.

Empowering Women, One Pad at a Time! Ardhnarishwar Jankalyan Foundation recently organized a "Sanitary Napkin Distribution Drive." along with an "Awareness Session on Menstrual Hygiene" for women and young girls in " Sector 6, Behind Mini Stadium, Rajaji Puram, Lucknow". We discussed: - The importance of menstrual hygiene   - Safe practices to prevent infections   - Breaking the stigma around periods   - Encouragement to seek medical help when needed Sanitary kits were distributed to all attendees, and the response was heartwarming!
